Setting up Call Forwarding (How-to)

Below are instructions for forwarding calls from your office phone to a home phone or a cell phone. If you're not sure what type of office phone you have, articles are linked to the right that include photos of the different phone types.

For ROLM phones

NOTE: All call forwarding from ROLM phones must be done physically at the phone.

To start call forwarding, enter #91 on the phone's keypad followed by the phone number you want to forward your calls to. For example: #91(555) 555-5555.

To remove call forwarding, enter ##91 on the phone's keypad.

For Polycom Phones

To forward your Polycom phone, press the Home button, press Forward at the bottom and can choose the forwarding number or send to voicemail. This same menu will allow you stop forwarding when you want calls to return to your office extension.
