Pairing Your Headset

Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
Pairing Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC to your computer using the USB adapter
- Plug the provided USB Adapter into your computer.
- Repair to the USB adapter when you hear the prompt "connection lost". Do this by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on the headset. You should hear "pairing" when this is done.
- Press and hold the small circular button on the USB adapter to put it into pair mode. You should hear "pairing successful" when this is done.
Fitting the Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC to your ear
If the initial eartip on the headset does not fit right, there are additonal sizes provided with the headset. To switch eartips, slightly push the eartip in and turn it to the left before pulling off of the headset. Replace with the wanted size by inserting eartip straight onto headset and turning it to the right. To switch from one ear to the other for headset usage, tilt the arm of the headset straight up, then rotate the backing of the headset to the other side before putting the arm down again.
To answer a call on Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
1a. Press the button at the back of the circular piece of the headset when you hear "incoming call".
1b. Alternatively, to answer hands-free, after you hear "incoming call", say "answer". You should hear "answering call" when this is done.
To end a call on Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
1. Press the button at the back of the circular piece of the headset after your call is concluded.
To reject a call on Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
1a. Press the button at the back of the circular piece of the headset for two seconds when you hear "unknown caller" or "incoming call". You should hear "call ignored" when this is done.
1b. Alternatively, to reject hands-free, after you hear "unknown caller" or "incoming call", say "ignore". You should hear "call ignored" when this is done.
To redial the previous call on Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
1. Double tap the back of the circular piece of the headset. You should hear "redial" when this is done.
To turn mute on/off during a call on Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
1. Press the red button on the arm of the headset. You should hear "mute on" when this is done.
2. Press the red button again to unmute. You should hear "mute off" when this is done.
To adjust the volume on Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
1. Press the front button on top of the headset to turn the volume up.
2. Press the back button on top of the headset to turn the volume down.
Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC, USB-A
To charge Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC, USB-A:
1. Place your headset on its cradle base. Do this for at least 20 minutes before pairing and using it for the first time.
2. There will be a battery icon shown while charging that will be blue. Once it is fully charged, the icon will turn off.
Steps to Pairing Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC, USB-A on MacOS using Bluetooth:
1. Click the Apple logo on your screen and go to "System Preferences". In this, click where it says "Bluetooth".
2. On the bottom of the headset, there is a switch. Push this upward and hold until the light on the side of the headset is flashing red and blue.
3. Under the available devices in Bluetooth, your headset name should now show up as "PLT V4210 Series". Click "Connect". Under devices, it should now say "connected" under your headset name.
4. Your default speaker and microphone should now be listed as "PLT V4210 Series".
To turn off/on Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC, USB-A:
1. Flip the switch at the bottom of the headset down to turn off your headset.
2. Flip the switch at the bottom of the headset up to turn on your headset. It should automatically reconnect itself to your computer when turned on.
To adjust volume on Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC, USB-A:
1. Press the "+" button on the outside of the headset to turn the volume up.
2. Press the "-" button on the outside of the headset to turn the volume down.
Answer/end a call on Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC, USB-A:
1. To answer a call, tap the call button in the center of the outside of the headset.
2. To end a call, tap the call button in the center of the outside of the headset when the call has concluded.
To turn mute on/off on Plantronics Voyager 4210 UC, USB-A:
1. Press the red button on the front of the headset to turn mute on.
2. Press the red button on the front of the headset again to turn mute off.
