For each Banner Security Change Request submitted, approvals must be gathered from the user's Supervisor and the module's Data Custodian.
1. Supervisor Approval
If the supervisor is submitting a request on behalf of their employee, an implicit approval is granted and this step will be skipped.
1. Approve User Security Change
- All changes to any user's security requires a supervisor's approval. You will receive an email with a link to the request. Review the request as it is listed on the page.
- Security Reports are available for you to review their current access and any requested access.
- Approve the request by clicking on the appropriate radio button.
- Click Submit.
