Viewing Your Unofficial Transcript (How-to)

Current (first section) and former students (lower section) should follow the steps outlined below to access their unofficial transcript data. 

For Current Students:

Go to myDrake using your favorite browser and log in using your Drake email address and password. For more information, see Signing in to Microsoft-connected systems (How-to).

1. Click on the Self Service link in the Commonly Used Apps section.

2. On the Student Records card, click the Unofficial Transcript link.

3. Select All Levels under Transcript Level.
4. Select Internal under Transcript Type. NOTE: Your unofficial transcript will only load after the selections are made.
   

For Former Students:

Log in to Self Service by going to http://studentssb.drake.edu/StudentSelfService/ssb/studentProfile.

Login Criteria:

1. If you have an active Drake email, you will use your Drake email address as a username.
2. If you do not have an active Drake email, you will use your nine-digit Drake ID@drake.edu as a username. Example 123456789@drake.edu.
3. View instructions on resetting a forgotten password if needed. If you do not know your Drake ID number or can’t retrieve your password, contact the IT Support Center at 515-271-3001.

NOTE: Upon login, you will be prompted to complete multi-factor authentication. For more information on setting up or resetting MFA, please see the MFA Knowledge Base.

1. Click on the Academic Transcript link in the left navigation menu.

2. Select All Levels under Transcript Level.
3. Select Internal under Transcript Type. NOTE: Your unofficial transcript will only load after the selections are made.
