Accessing Your Tax Information (How-to)

1. Log In

  1. Log into myDrake using your Drake email address and password.
    NOTE: See step by step screenshots at Signing in to Microsoft-connected systems (How-To) for help signing in to myDrake.

2. Employee Dashboard

  1. Select Employee Dashboard in the Human Resources section. (Student employees, will find the Employee Dashboard linked from the Student Employment section.)
    NOTE: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required to view or change employee information. For assistance, see the MFA guides in the IT service portal.
  2. On the Employee Dashboard page, Expand the link next to Taxes.
  3. There you'll see your Withholding information, or you can click W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.

  1. On the Select W-2 Screen, select the Tax Year.
  2. Then click Display to view your W-2.
