Subscribing to Ellucian Community (How-to)

Ellucian Community is a great place to start getting help from the greater Ellucian community as well as receive news about upcoming patches or upgrades for specific modules.

Log into Ellucian Hub

1. Log into your Ellucian account by providing your username and password.
   • If you don't have an account, click Sign up for an account.

Open Community

1. Select RESOURCES from the top menu.
2. Then, select Community.

Find a Forum

1. Click Browse Forums and select a community.

Subscribe to your Forum

1. Select a forum and click Subscribe.

Adjust Notification Preferences

By default, you're notified via email of every action taken in each forum. To adjust these notifications:

1. Navigate to the Ellucian Customer Center home page and scroll down to the My Subscriptions & Notifications section.
2. Click Community.
3. Click Forums.
   1. Repeat these steps for any other content you may subscribe to.
4. Click Notifications.
5. Modify the Activities section to customize the notifications received.
   1. NOTE: By selecting the Community Daily Digest, all activity will be combined into a single daily email.
6. Click Save.
