MyDUSIS Issue

MyDUSIS is the self-service portion of the Drake University Shared Information System (DUSIS) and is available to students, faculty, employees, parents, applicants, and alumni to access and update their information and to complete tasks such as admissions, registration, grade entry, and payment. This service is used to report any issues you may be having with MyDUSIS.

What to Expect

An ITS staff member will contact you with any questions or to let you know when the issue has been resolved.

Requirements

In order to report your issue you will need to provide the following information:

  • Steps to reach page where error is occurring or full URL
  • Full error message text
  • Troubleshooting steps already taken (popup blocker off, clear cache and cookies, restart browser, tried second browser etc.)
