Laptop Kiosk Issue

Drake University maintains a laptop computer kiosk with checkout computers available in Meredith Hall. Use this service to report an issue with the laptop kiosk or one of its computers.

What to Expect

You will be contacted by an ITS staff member within one business day to address your issue. A campus technician will evaluate and and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Requirements

Please be as thorough your description of the issue as possible and include any error messages and/or screenshots, if applicable.

You will be prompted to answer the following questions:

  • Is the issue with a laptop or the kiosk itself?
  • If computer-based, what is the number of the laptop having an issue?
  • If kiosk-based, are you able to check out a computer?
