Thank you for your patience. ITS has now restored email access. Faculty, staff, and students should now be able to access Outlook on PCs via the desktop application. While we continue to work on fully restoring access, you can check Drake email on Mac computers using the Outlook desktop client, and for all users via the My Email button on myDrake. We now know that email can be accessed via the desktop client for all Mac users. PC users cannot use their desktop client to access email, but can click on the email button on myDrake to access their email online. ITS staff continue to work on resolving the issue. This morning, Friday, April 19 at approximately 7:15 am, ITS was made aware that some users are unable to access their email. This is only impacting some users, many are able to access email successfully via myDrake. ITS is working to address the issue and will provide additional information when available.

ITS is making updates to Banner/DUSIS. As a result, access to myDUSIS, Banner, eTranscripts, Banner INB, Job Submission, Workflow, and some myDrake functions will be unavailable between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. this Saturday, April 20.
