At 4:10 p.m., ITS was made aware of blueSpace (a.k.a. Xythos) becoming unavailable. This is affecting access to personal and shared files stored in blueSpace. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your patience. At approximately 4:30 PM on July 24, ITS resolved issues with authenticating to services from off campus. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.

At 2:30 p.m., ITS was made aware of off-campus authentication services becoming unavailable. This is affecting off-campus access to email and calendaring (Office 365), Admissions data collection services (Slate), ticketing and service requests (TeamDynamix), Math placement exams (Aleks), and course evaluations (CampusLabs).
