Touchnet Issue

Users may encounter issues while making payments through Touchnet, Drake's payment system. These could include payments for deposits, payment plans or orientation. This service will help troubleshoot the technical side of a payment issue.

What to Expect

An ITS staff member will follow up with you within two business days if any additional information is needed.

Requirements

In order to report payment issues in Touchnet, you will need to provide the following information:

  • The name and Drake ID of the person who made the payment
  • The name and Drake ID of the student whose account is affected
  • Details of the payment including time and date, type of payment (such as tuition deposit, payment plan, orientation, etc.)
  • A screen shot from Touchnet of any error received
