1. Eventbrite Help Menu
To access the Help menu without logging in, scoll to the bottom of the Eventbrite homepage and click on the Help link.
2. Eventbrite Help Center
The Eventbrite Help Center has category listings as well as a search function to find the information you need. It has videos and tutorials to walk you through just about anything you need to set up your event.
The Help Center is found at: eventbrite.com/support
To access the Help Menu while logged in, hover over the Help drop-down at the top right-hand side of the account page. Click the Visit the help center option.
