Performing a Person Search in Banner Admin Pages (How-to)

There are many times when a person's Drake ID number is unknown. Here are the different ways you can find an ID number.

1. Choose Search Option

1. Click on the ellipses (...) next to the ID field.
2. Choose your search option.
3. Select Advanced Filter
4. Select your search criteria from the drop down menu.
5. Click Go to execute the search.
6. Double click on the correct result, or select the correct person and click Select

2. Quick Search

1. When on any ID field, hit the tab key on your keyboard. This will display a hidden field.
2. Enter the name of the person in the format of last_name, first_name and hit enter.
3. If there are multiple results, a search form will show. Click Press To See Results.
4. Double click on the correct person, or highlight the correct person and click OK.
