Print Project Request

Conveniently print your documents at a print shop on Drake's campus. 

  • Quality work: We use a high quality Canon imagePRESS V800 production printer to create your project. We are happy to print proofs of your project to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of our work. 
  • Affordable: The campus print shop is meant to be budget friendly. We only charge the cost of your printed materials, and just need a departmental FOAPAL and budget manager approval to begin your project. Prints are generally higher quality and more economical than printing on the campus printers.  You may also pay for your prints with a debit or credit card.
  • Convenient: Located in the Olmsted Student Center, staff can conveniently deliver your project with your next campus mail delivery, or we can be a central location for you to pick up your items. Projects that require both printing and mailing can also be discussed.

  • Black and white prints

  • Single side/duplex prints

  • Posters (up to 12x18", but we commonly print on 11x17") 
  • Program sheets (8.5x11") 
  • Booklets (fold and staple available) 
  • Small Booklets (half sheet size, fold and staple available) 
  • Half fold brochures/programs
  • Printed envelopes 
  • Removable round stickers 
  • Additional items available upon request!
What to Expect

After submitting your project request, you will be contacted by staff to begin your project within the next business day. Depending on the due date and complexity of your project, we will complete it in a reasonable time line, but will stay in contact with you about your print project as it progresses through the system. Please complete the form as completely as possible to assist with project assembly.

Requirements
  • Fill out form as completely as possible.
  • Indicate payment method, and if applicable, we will need to acquire budget manager approval after we send you pricing information.
  • Our printer works from PDF files.  Please submit files in this format, and create files to match finished product size whenever possible.
