Need tech assistance? Use the search in the upper right hand corner of this site, or search services or knowledge base articles by category.

Need phone assistance? Call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support if you have issues using this site. Call 3002 with a classroom tech emergency.

Reporting an after hours campus wide outage? Call 515-271-3001 and select option 2.

Due to campus social distancing requirements, the support center in Carnegie Hall is not open for walk-in assistance.

Systems supported by ITS may be unavailable due to routine maintenance beginning at approximately 9:00 p.m. tonight until 1:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. For a full schedule of maintenance dates for 2021 please see www.drake.edu/its/maintenanceschedule/.

ITS staff have now restored IT Support Center phones. You can once again call 515-271-3001 to report any tech issues. Staff are still working to restore the Legal Clinic and COVID hotline phone numbers, but are hopeful that these extensions will be up and running soon. ITS staff has partially resolved the outage with Teams calling. As a result, most incoming and outgoing calls to and from non-Drake extensions are once again available. At 7:10 this morning ITS staff became aware of an outage with Teams calling. As a result, incoming and outgoing calls to and from non-Drake extensions are intermittently unavailable and many calls are being dropped.
