Using Remote Support with ITS (How-to)

The support center in Carnegie Hall provides limited walk-in assistance for faculty and staff. Most issues will require scheduling an appointment.

ITS is making updates to Banner. As a result, access to Self Service, Banner Administrative Pages, Workflow, ODBC, eTranscripts, Online Balloting, and DSAP will be intermittently unavailable between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 23.
