ITS Service Review

ITS is currently reviewing and combining services to make the service portal more user-friendly.

As we review each category, you will see two primary options:
 
  • Issue: Use issue for a system or tool that was working and isn’t anymore.
     
  • Request: Submit a request to add something new or change access to an existing system or tool.

Prefer to talk to support staff? Call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support if you have issues using this site. Call 3002 with a classroom tech emergency.

Reporting an after hours campus wide outage? Call 515-271-3001 and select option 2.

Using Remote Support with ITS (How-to)

Due to campus COVID-19 protocols, the support center in Carnegie Hall is not open for walk-in assistance for faculty and staff.
