Prefer to talk to support staff? Call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support if you have issues using this site. Call 3002 with a classroom tech emergency.

Reporting an after hours campus wide outage? Call 515-271-3001 and select option 2.

Using Remote Support with ITS (How-to)

The support center in Carnegie Hall provides limited walk-in assistance for faculty and staff. Most issues will require scheduling an appointment.

Thank you for your patience. ITS has resolved the issues impacting our MS SQL database environment. All services should be restored, including EMS, PaperCut, Metasys, Citrix, Password Manager, and others. Microsoft resolved the Teams outage overnight and services are restored. If you continue to experience issues when accessing Microsoft Teams on any device, contact the ITS Support Center at 515-271-3001, or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.

Systems supported by ITS may be unavailable due to routine maintenance beginning at approximately 9:00 p.m. tonight until 1:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. For a full schedule of maintenance dates for 2022 please see www.drake.edu/its/maintenanceschedule/.

At 9 a.m., ITS staff became aware of issues affecting our MS SQL environment.
