Thank you for your patience. The eAccounts issue that was impacting use of Bulldog Bucks for printing and other services has been resolved. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the support center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.

An issue with the eAccounts system is preventing access to Bulldog Bucks services including printing and meal plans. ITS is working with our vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Microsoft announced that their Teams outage has been resolved. You may need to quit Teams and restart your application. If you continue to have issues accessing Microsoft Teams, please contact the support center for assistance at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its.
