Need tech assistance? Use the search in the upper right hand corner of this site, or search services or knowledge base articles by category.

Need phone assistance? Call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support if you have issues using this site. Call 3002 with a classroom tech emergency.

Reporting an after hours campus wide outage? Call 515-271-3001 and select option 2.

Due to campus social distancing requirements, the support center in Carnegie Hall is not open for walk-in assistance.

Reports have been made of changes to drake.edu website pages not publishing. ITS and University Communications and Marketing are investigating the issue and hope to have a resolution soon. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. Thank you!

At 10:30 a.m., ITS learned of an outage affecting WiFi access on campus. At 10:45 a.m.,ITS staff resolved the issue. If you continue to experience any problems, please contact the support center at515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its for assistance.

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved the outage affecting the support center phone number at 271-3001. You should now be able to reach ITS support either by phone or the online service portal at service.drake.edu/its. ITS is still working to resolve the support center phones outage affecting 515-271-3001. In the meantime, please continue to report any technical issues by visiting the IT service portal at service.drake.edu/its.
