Need tech assistance? Use the search in the upper right hand corner of this site, or search services or knowledge base articles by category.

Need phone assistance? Call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support if you have issues using this site. Call 3002 with a classroom tech emergency.

Reporting an after hours campus wide outage? Call 515-271-3001 and select option 2.

Due to campus social distancing requirements, the support center in Carnegie Hall is not open for walk-in assistance.

As we previously noted, ITS is upgrading the campus phone system and moving faculty and staff to using Microsoft Teams for calling in early 2021. The Microsoft Teams client will replace traditional handsets and allow faculty and staff to make and receive telephone calls using their office extension from anywhere they are connected to the Internet. ...

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved the building network outage. All buildings should have network connectivity now that power has been restored. At 10:30 a.m., ITS was made aware of network outages in several buildings caused by the campus power outage. All network connectivity is down in the following buildings: Collier Scripps, Medbury, Fieldhouse, Physical Plant, Old Main. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution.
