Support Options

Need tech help? Use the search in the upper right hand corner of this site, find services or knowledge base articles by category, or click the request assistance button.

Prefer to talk to support staff? Call 515-271-3001, option 2 for phone support if you have issues using this site. Select option 1 to report a classroom tech emergency.

Reporting an after hours campus wide outage? Call 515-271-3001 and select option 2. Our after-hours support vendor will escalate it to us.

During academic semesters, the ITS Support Center is open Mondays through Thursdays, 8am-6:30pm and Fridays 8am-4:30pm. Students may drop in anytime we're open for help from our Student Techs. Faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to submit tickets via this portal, as technicians are able to resolve many problems remotely. If an issue can't be resolved remotely, we'll schedule an appointment to ensure appropriate technical staff are available to assist.

At 7:52 a.m., ITS became aware of a Citrix (VDI) outage. Individuals receive an “Access is denied” message as they open Citrix applications or desktops.
