ITS Service Review

ITS is currently reviewing and combining services to make the service portal more user-friendly.

As we review each category, you will see two primary options:
 
  • Issues: Use issue for a system or tool that was working and isn’t anymore.
     
  • Requests: Submit a request to add something new or change access to an existing system or tool.

Support Options

Need tech assistance? Use the search in the upper right hand corner of this site, or search services or knowledge base articles by category.

Need phone assistance? Call 515-271-3001 for 24/7 phone support if you have issues using this site. Call 3002 with a classroom tech emergency.

Reporting an after hours campus wide outage? Call 515-271-3001 and select option 2.

Due to campus social distancing requirements, the support center in Carnegie Hall is not open for walk-in assistance.

At 12:50 p.m, ITS became aware of an outage accessing Banner Admin pages. This outage is not affecting MyDUSIS or self service Banner usage, just Banner users accessing Admin pages.
