Upload Your Drake ID Photo (How-To)

To utilize a Mobile Drake ID, you'll need an ID photo in the system.  Follow the steps below to submit a new (or replace your existing) ID photo. 

Access the Photo Submission Tool

Visit the Photo Submission Process in the Drake Processmaker platform

  1. Visit https://drake.cloud.processmaker.net/webentry/187/a0WebEntry
  2. If you haven't logged into a Processmaker task recently, you may need to log in with the single sign on screens.  Click "LOG IN WITH SAML" and log in with your normal Drake password screens.

Fill out the ID Photo Submission form

Follow the instructions on the screen to fill out the photo submission tool.  Your name and ID should auto-populate from the sign on process.  You'll just want to select a photo (think professional, this will go on class lists and your mobile ID!), and submit the form.  Please follow the suggestions listed on the form.

  1. Read the Photo Requirements carefully to ensure your photo will be accepted
  2. Click "Select File" and navigate to a photo on your device you would like to use for your Drake system photo
  3. Click "Submit" once your photo has been selected and loaded.  You'll receive a confirmation screen, and a confirmation email thanking you for your submission.

The Student Services Office will review and approve/deny your image.  You'll receive email confirmation on if your image has been approved or denied.  If your image is denied, they will let you know why, and you can resubmit using the same steps as above.  Once your photo has been approved, you may then follow the steps for "Adding the Mobile Drake ID to Your Device (How-To)".
