Accessing Eventbrite Help (How-to)

Eventbrite access and processes are managed by Drake's Office of Conference & Event Services.

1. Eventbrite Help Menu

To access the Help menu without logging in, scoll to the bottom of the Eventbrite homepage and click on the Help link.

 

2. Eventbrite Help Center

The Eventbrite Help Center has category listings as well as a search function to find the information you need. Videos and tutorials will walk you through the information you need to set up your event.

The Help Center is found at: eventbrite.com/support

 
To access the Help Menu while logged in, hover over the Help drop-down at the top right-hand side of the account page. Click the Visit the help center option.

Can't find what you're looking for in the Help Center? Contact the Eventbrite experts at eventbrite.com/contact-us/

NOTE: You'll see various topics to choose from before you get a contact field. These topics may resolve your issue without needing to consult directly with an Eventbrite support technician.
