Students will need to set up authorized users if they want their parents/guardians to have access to their account. This tutorial shows an authorized user how to log in after the student has added the authorized user to their Drake Student Account. For more information on parent access, see drake.edu/parents/payment.
2. Access Authorization Email
The authorized user will receive an email from ebill@drake.edu.
- Touchnet login page link.
- The Username will be the email address the student provided for the authorized user.
3. Access Information Email
Authorized user will receive an additional email from ebill@drake.edu.
- This email contains the temporary Password the authorized user needs to use to log into the student account along with the email received in the previous message.
5. Authorized User Profile Setup
- Enter your Full name.
- Enter and Confirm your new password.
- Click Continue.
6. Success
- See the latest Balance on the account.
7. Assistance
ITS staff do not have access to manage access to a student's records. If you're having trouble logging in, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ask your student to remove your access, logout of their Drake accounts, restart their browser, log back in, and re-add your access.
- Use an incognito or private window in the browser to ensure it's not a cookie/cache issue.
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the TouchNet login page to reset your password.
