Internal Sites are websites created using the SharePoint framework for departments or groups to share content and information with Drake users. ITS will create the initial site; site owners are responsible for building and maintaining the site over time.
Use this service to notify ITS if you're encountering issues with an Internal Site.
Note: If you're experiencing login issues related to a password or MFA, use the Account/Security Issue service.
What to Expect
An ITS staff member will contact you with any questions or to let you know when the issue has been resolved.
Requirements
In order to report an issue, you will need to provide the following information:
- The URL of the Internal Site you're trying to access
- Your role
- Error message (if applicable)
- Device type (Windows or Mac computer, mobile device, etc.)
- Browser type (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.)
- Whether you're outside the US or using a VPN
