Head Start Technology Issue

Click the blue “Create Ticket” button to the right to report damaged technology or request assistance for technology issues, including:

  • Internet
  • Software programs (Microsoft Office, ChildPlus, Citrix, etc.)
  • Hardware (laptops, iPads, phones, printers)
  • Phone/fax

To create a ticket, you will need to sign into your Drake account so please be prepared with your Banner ID # or Drake email address and your Drake password to get signed in.

If you are having problems accessing your Drake account (i.e., account is locked, need help with password, cannot log into MyDrake, etc.), please click the link below that corresponds to your issue to create a ticket for campus ITS.
