All Drake students, faculty, and staff have access to email and a personal calendar within Microsoft 365. Shared email addresses and calendars can also be created for use by departments and groups. In addition, email distribution lists are available to communicate with various groups by sending to a single email address. Please use this service to report problems with existing email accounts, email distribution lists, or calendars.

An ITS staff member will contact you within 1-8 business hours to schedule a time to assist you.

- Description of the issue
