Who We Are

Drake Staff consists of 61 Custodial, 16 Utility Services, 8 Grounds and 11 Building Maintenance personnel.

Facilities Planning & Management is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings and grounds on Drake University campus. Our mission is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all faculty, staff, students and visitors while maintaining the daily operation of the buildings and the beauty of the campus in general.

Services we provide are heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, locks/keys, grounds/landscaping, housekeeping, maintenance, transport/hauling, and fleet/mechanic.

Getting Started

The support desk is the communication center for Facilities Planning and Management. FPM receives work order requests for services provided on campus. The work orders are then distributed to the different departments for completion.

The TeamDynamix program is available to building contacts of each department on campus to submit and track work orders online. If you have any questions, call Manny Toribio extension 3157.

To submit a work order, contact your building contact who will submit the work via the service catalog.
