Requesting an Enrollment Verification Certificate (How-to)

Students can obtain an official enrollment verification certificate from the National Student Clearinghouse, an authorized enrollment verification agent for Drake University. Enrollment verification certificates are available beginning approximately one week prior to start of term. Follow the instructions below to get your certificate. If you need an enrollment verification letter sooner, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@drake.edu.


Go to myDrake using your favorite browser and log in using your Drake email address and password. For more information, see Signing in to Microsoft-connected systems (How-To).

  1. Click on the Self Service link in the Commonly Used Apps section.

  1. On the Student Records card, click the Enrollment Verification link.

  1. You will be redirected to a secure site at the National Student Clearinghouse. Make your selection (current or all) and then click Obtain an enrollment certificate to download a PDF. NOTE: If you don’t see a pop-up window with your certificate, check your computer’s Downloads folder for the PDF file.
