Adding a Student Registration Override (How-to)

Go to myDrake at my.drake.edu using your favorite browser and log in using your Drake email address and password. For more information, see Signing in to Microsoft-connected systems (How-to).


  1. Click on the Self Service link in the Commonly Used Apps section.
  2. On the Course Management card, click the Registration Overrides link.
  3. Select the Term from the drop-down menu.
  4. Search for the student using Student ID or Last Name and First Name.
  5. Ensure Both is selected.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Hover over the student’s name and double click the row.
  8. Using the drop-down menu, select the appropriate Override and Course.
    1. If more than one override is required, select + Add Override to insert an additional row.
  9. Once all overrides have been entered, click Submit.
