Viewing Your Unofficial Transcript (How-to)

Current (first section) and former students (lower section) should follow the steps outlined below to access their unofficial transcript data. 

For Current Students:

Go to myDrake using your favorite browser and log in using your Drake email address and password. For more information, see Signing in to Microsoft-connected systems (How-to).

  1. Click on the Self Service link in the Commonly Used Apps section.

  1. On the Student Records card, click the Unofficial Transcript link.

  1. Select All Levels under Transcript Level.
  2. Select Internal under Transcript Type. NOTE: Your unofficial transcript will only load after the selections are made.

For Former Students:

Former students cannot obtain an unofficial transcript. Instead, former students are encouraged to utilize the electronic transcript ordering system through the National Student Clearinghouse. Please visit getmytranscript.org and select Drake University from the school drop down. Transcripts ordered through this method can be received in as little as 30 minutes. Students may also order physical copies that can be mailed to you or someone else.
