Drake Card Access or Schedule Change

Due to changes in the calendar year, or updates to staff/students, adjustments might be needed to either cardholder access or building hours. Please use this service to request adjustments to cardholder access or building schedule changes. Please note that access changes require specified approval, and that if you are not a building approver, your request will need to be verified by the appropriate approver.

What to Expect

An ITS or SSC staff member will contact you with questions about your request, or will let you know when the change has been completed.

Requirements

In order to request assistance you will need to provide the following information:

  • Access changes:
    • Cardholder name(s)/ID number(s)
    • Access plan names
    • Access start and end dates
       
  • Door Schedule Changes: 
    • Reason for update (holiday, event, etc.)
    • Building/doors needing updates
    • New schedule and timeline
