Updating Zoom Manually (Windows) (How-to)

If you're receiving an error message from Zoom telling you Zoom needs to be updated and to contact your IT team, follow the instructions below to manually update Zoom. This process will lead you through downloading the latest version, uninstalling the older version, then re-installing Zoom and configuring it to use Drake single sign-on (SSO).

NOTE: This article assumes you're using a Drake-owned Windows computer. If you're running Zoom on your personal computer, the steps are pretty much the same, but you'll skip step 2.1 and use your personal Windows password to authenticate.
