Requirements
In order to report your issue you will need to provide the following information:
- Applications you're using
- Which platform
- Whether the issue happens on multiple devices
- Error messages
- Others experiencing the same issue
- When the issue began
- Location information
The requester's department is responsible for paying for any needed replacement parts.
