Computer/Peripheral/Software Issue

Report an issue with a Drake-owned computer (including kiosk check-out laptops) or peripheral accessory, or request assistance troubleshooting software failures, configuration issues, and error messages.

NOTE: If you're experiencing issues with Multi-Factor Authentication, submit an Account/Security Issue ticket for assistance.

What to Expect

An ITS staff member will respond to you within 2 business days.

Requirements

In order to report your issue you will need to provide the following information:

  • Applications you're using
  • Which platform
  • Whether the issue happens on multiple devices
  • Error messages
  • Others experiencing the same issue
  • When the issue began
  • Location information

The requester's department is responsible for paying for any needed replacement parts.
