TeamDynamix Change

This service is to request changes to the TeamDynamix system, including adding users, changing someone's access, and changes to applications (ticketing, assets, service catalog, knowledge base, client portal).

What to Expect

A TeamDynamix administrator will respond to you within 2 business days.

Requirements

In order to request assistance you will need to provide the following information:

  • Access
    • Add, change, or remove
    • Drake ID and email address
    • Supervisor name
    • On-board vs off-board
    • Whose access to copy (on-boarding only)
    • Groups needed (on-boarding only)
    • Due date
  • Service Catalog
    • Add, change, or deactivate
    • Service name
    • Short and long descriptions (for new services only)
    • Due date
    • Who should be able to use the service
  • Knowledge Base
    • Add, change, or archive
    • Article name
  • Other
    • Description of change needed (could include response templates, categories, shortcuts, icons, form updates, automation, workflows, etc.)

NOTE: One service request must be completed for each individual user's access changes.
