Academic Space Consultation

The academic space consultation is designed to begin the initial conversation around the update or modification of an existing space. The consultation will involve discussion of the scope of the request, the rationale for the change, and any potential costs involved.

What to Expect

An ITS staff member will respond to your request within two business days.


To best help with your request, please be prepared to answer the following questions:

  • Why is the change needed?
  • Who will this change affect?
  • Where will the funding come from?
  • What is the desired time frame for the change to be completed?
  • Have you conferred with others in your department and/or other users of the space about this change?
  • What is the pedagogical rationale?
