myDrake/Self Service/Internal Site Issue

myDrake is the University’s web-based portal used to access information for students, faculty, staff, and parents.

Self Service is where you update information and complete tasks including registration, time entry, grading, and submitting payments and is accessible from myDrake.

Internal Sites are websites created using the SharePoint framework for departments or groups to share content and information with Drake users. ITS will create the initial site; site owners are responsible for building and maintaining the site over time.

Use this service to notify ITS if you're unable to log into myDrake or encounter issues with Self Service or an Internal Site.

Note: If you're experiencing login issues related to a password or MFA, use the Account/Security Issue service.
