The web content management system (CMS) is used to update and maintain the Drake University website at www.drake.edu. This service is to schedule initial training/access. If you need assistance with your departmental website on drake.edu, please contact University Communications and Marketing.
What to Expect
You will be contacted by an ITS staff member to coordinate your training within 2 business days. Once you've completed the online training and notified ITS, your access will be granted in 2-3 business days.
Requirements
In order to receive access to make changes, users must complete training.
- Online training (in Blackboard).
Please let us know if you have previous experience updating websites. NOTE: Students may be trained to assist with website updates, but the request needs to be made on their behalf by a faculty/staff member. One service request must be completed for each individual student.
