Follow the instructions below when signing in to Microsoft-connected systems including myDrake, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook.
How to Sign into Microsoft-connected Systems
At the login screen:
- Type your Drake email address.
- Click Next.
NOTE: If you no longer have a current drake.edu email, you will use your nine-digit Drake ID@drake.edu as a username. Example 123456789@drake.edu. If you do not know your Drake ID number or can’t retrieve your password, call the IT Support Center at 515-271-3001. View instructions on resetting a forgotten password if needed.
- Enter your Drake password.
- Click Sign in.
NOTE: Multi-factor authentication is required for students, faculty and staff to access this campus system. See Using Multi-Factor Authentication (FAQ) for instructions.
- If you elected to use the Microsoft Authenticator app for multi-factor authentication, type in the number displayed on screen into your mobile device. Otherwise, type in the number sent to your phone via a text message or phone call.
- Click Yes.
- If you are using your personal computer, click the check box next to Don't show this again, and then click Yes. Otherwise, click No.
