Logging into ProcessMaker (How-to)

You may need to log in to ProcessMaker to view a Process Dashboard, check for assigned tasks, or start a new request. Depending on your needs, there are several ways to access ProcessMaker, outlined below. 


Logging into ProcessMaker (Production)

1. Navigate to ProcessMaker

There are several ways to reach ProcessMaker:

MyDrake (For Drake Employees only)

  1. Navigate to MyDrake
  2. Hover over Employee Links.
  3. Under the Administrative Tools section, select ProcessMaker Workflow.

Direct Link (Students, Faculty, and Staff)

  1. Visit the following link (using Chrome or Firefox) on your computer, tablet, or smart phone:

WebEntry Link (All ProcessMaker Users)

  1. You may also access ProcessMaker directly from a link (WebEntry) in order to submit a new request or complete a task. These links maybe emailed to you or exist on a Drake website. To access these links, you will first have to complete the following steps and then should be directed to the specific link you are attempting to access.
 

2. Log in with SAML

  1. On the ProcessMaker Login screen, click the LOG IN WITH SAML button.

3. Complete Microsoft SSO (if prompted)

  If you have not recently logged into a Microsoft-connected system, you will be redirected to the Microsoft single sign-on (SSO) login page.

  1. Type your Drake email address
  2. Click Next.
  3. Enter your Drake password.
  4. Click Sign in.
  5. Complete MFA prompt.
