Virtual Apps/Desktop Issue

Virtual apps and desktops allow users the ability to access resources anytime, from anywhere, on any device. Report any access issues with virtual apps or desktops with Azure Virtual Desktop.

NOTE: If you're experiencing issues on your desktop computer with a Microsoft application (such as Windows or Office), submit a Computer/Peripheral/Software Issue instead.

To report a virtual apps/desktop issue, provide the following information:

  • The username being used to access the virtual app/desktop
  • The platform of the virtual app/desktop being accessed
  • The application/desktop not working
  • The network being used
