Virtual Apps/Desktops (Citrix) Issue

In order to report a virtual apps/desktop (Citrix) issue, you will need to provide the following information:

  • What username is being used to access the virtual app or desktop?
  • How is the virtual app or desktop being accessed? (Citrix Workspace or a web browser)
  • What network are you using? (Drake network or non-Drake network)
  • What application or desktop are you trying to access via Citrix?
