The Account/Security Request is used to notify ITS of impending international travel, for managers to request access to a former employee's accounts, or other account- and security-related needs.

An ITS staff member will respond to your request within 2 business days.
Requirements
To submit a request, you'll need to provide the following information:
Requests for international access should be submitted by the individual needing access; each person needing access should submit their own request.
- Start and end dates of your travel: International access will be granted through the date you specify your travels will end, up to six months maximum.
- Reason for travel
- Alternate email address and/or phone number
- You'll receive a reminder before your access ends. If you need additional time, submit a new request.
- Students traveling with a class must each submit a request for international access.
Supervisors requesting access to a departing employee's accounts should describe which account(s) and data are needed.
- The name of the departing employee
- What system(s) of theirs do you need to access?
- Access to Microsoft accounts is only available for 30 days after the employee's departure.
- Google accounts are disabled immediately upon the employee's departure.
