If you are signing into an Adobe Creative Cloud or Acrobat Pro user license for the first time or simply logging in, the steps are similar. Without authenticating via the correct Adobe account, applications will not launch and you won't be able to install them. These steps describe the process of accessing the correct account.
1. First-Time License Activation
Start from the email you received when a license was added to your account.
- If you received an email from Adobe indicating that Drake University has granted you access to all or some applications, you can begin the process by clicking the Get Started button in the email. This step is required if you have not yet set up your account with Adobe. If you already have an active account and know your password, simply log in with those credentials.

Set Your Initial Password
- If you have not yet set up an Adobe personal account, you will first need to set your password.
- NOTE: Personal account passwords are managed and maintained by Adobe. Passwords on personal accounts are not connected with Drake accounts.
- If you have already set up your Adobe personal account and know the password, you will need to log in with those credentials.
