Students will need to set up authorized users if they want their parents/guardians to have access to their account. This tutorial shows an authorized user how to log in after the student has added the authorized user to their Drake Student Account. For more information on parent access, see drake.edu/parents/payment.
Before an authorized user can log in the student must give them access to the account as seen below. For step by step instructions on providing access see Setting Up an Authorized User in Touchnet (How-to).
The authorized user will receive an email from ebill@drake.edu.
Authorized user will receive an additional email from ebill@drake.edu.
