Logging into Microsoft Teams (How-to)

Online collaboration space with shared file storage is available to campus departments and groups using Microsoft Teams, part of the Office 365 platform. Microsoft Teams is a product that combines tools and resources such as group chat, calendars and file sharing into one location. Enjoy seamless real-time collaboration, schedule small group or team meetings, post an email in a thread to keep everyone in the loop, search for public teams to collaborate on shared projects, and see past content and chat history anytime. Below are the different ways you can access Microsoft Teams.


1. From myDrake

1. From the menu in myDrake. 

  1. Click on the waffle or grid menu in the upper left corner.
  2. Select the Teams icon.

2. From the Employee Home page of myDrake.

  1. Click on the My Teams button in the Commonly Used Apps section of the Employee Home page in myDrake.

2. From Microsoft Office Online

1. You can access Teams from web mail or any other online version of a Microsoft Office product. 

  1. Click on the waffle menu in the upper left corner.
  2. Select the Teams icon.

NOTE: You can also search for Microsoft Teams in the All Apps section of the waffle menu.
