Microsoft Teams/File Storage Issue

Drake ITS supports several different tools to allow for file storage and collaboration. Please use this request if you are having issues with your Microsoft Team, your shared file storage, or your individual OneDrive file storage.

NOTE: If you're experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams calling, submit a Calling/Phone Issue instead.

Requirements

In order to request assistance with storage, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Type of storage (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, other)
  • Name of group or folder
  • Description of issue
  • How are you accessing storage?
