Getting Started with Microsoft Teams (FAQ)

Microsoft Teams is a product that combines tools and resources such as group chat, calendars and file sharing into one location using the Microsoft 365 platform. Enjoy seamless real-time collaboration, schedule small group or team meetings, post an email in a thread to keep everyone in the loop, search for public teams to collaborate on shared projects, and see past content and chat history anytime.


Teams Application Help Menu
  1. Click on the 3 dots icon in the top right corner of the Teams window.
  2. Select Help > Get Help.

This will open the Microsoft Teams Help window. From here, you may browse through how-to videos, guides, and see what is new with the Microsoft Teams application.
