Drake ITS supports several different tools to allow for shared file storage and collaboration. Please use this request if you need a new Microsoft Team (which combines tools and resources including group chat and file sharing into one location using the Microsoft 365 platform) or if your course requires shared file storage within Drake’s Virtual Apps and Desktops environment or from Drake computer labs.

What to Expect
You will be contacted by ITS staff within two business days to discuss next steps for your request. ITS will help identify the best file storage and collaboration option for your needs.
Requirements
Depending on your request type, you will be asked to provide the below information:
- Is this a new Microsoft Team or shared file storage location? Or a change to an existing one?
- Name/Type of group or shared file storage
- Purpose of Microsoft Team or shared file storage
- Owner(s) or responsible parties
- Group members (or CRN if course-related)
