Single Sign-On (SSO) Issue

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication process allowing a user to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. With SSO, a user logs in once and gains access to different applications, without the need to re-enter log-in credentials at each application. Use this service to report an issue with logging into an application using SSO.

Note: If you're experiencing login issues related to a password or MFA, use the Account/Security Issue service.
