Clearing your Multi-Factor Authentication Settings (How-to)

Drake requires the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging into key campus systems. This means using your Drake login and password, along with an additional verification method for access. If you lose your phone, or have a new device, you may encounter issues using MFA. To resolve any authentication issues, please follow the steps below to clear your current MFA settings so you can re-register.

1. Visit password.drake.edu using your favorite browser

  1. Enter your Drake email address or ID and password. Click Sign In.
