Here are the steps needed on any Drake-owned Windows computer to ensure your password reset is effective.
Note:
Faculty and staff should always change their password on their Drake-owned computer while on campus.
Also note:
Don't forget to immediately update your other devices with your new password. Failure to do so will result in you being temporarily locked out of your account.
1. After Password Reset
Make sure your computer is connected to the campus wired network (Ethernet).
Restart your computer.
When your computer finishes rebooting, sign in as you normally would. Your computer should prompt you to enter your new password to connect with the wireless network and your email account.
