Here are the steps you need to take on your tablet and/or cell phone to ensure that your password reset is effective.
NOTE: Don't forget to immediately update all your devices with your new password. Failure to do so will result in you being temporarily locked out of your account.
1. For iPads & iPhones
Go to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and tap your current Drake network.
Tap Forget this Network.
Re-select the eduroam network.
When prompted, enter your Drake email address and new password.
Accept the new certificate.
You should now be reconnected to the network.
2. For Android Tablets & Phones
Go to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and tap your current Drake network.
Tap Forget this Network.
Re-select the eduroam network.
In your device's Wi-Fi settings, set the following options:
EAP method to PEAP.
Phase 2 authentication should be set to none (this may be in your Advanced options)
CA Certificate select Do not validate
Enter your Drake email address in both the Identity and Anonymous Identity fields (not all phones require Anonymous Identity)
Enter your Drake password and connect
