Calling/Phone Issue

Report issues with Teams calling or office or common area telephones, such as no dial tone, audio issues, headsets, or broken cords.

What to Expect

An ITS staff member will contact you within one business day to schedule the work. Most issues are resolved in 1-3 business days.

Requirements

In order to report a telephone issue, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Phone/accessory type
  • Phone extension
  • Type of call (inbound/outbound/transfer)
  • Description of issue
  • Any error messages received
  • Preferred alternative contact number
