Calling/Phone Issue

Report issues with Teams calling, office or common area telephones, or Drake-owned cell phones.

What to Expect

An ITS staff member will contact you within 2 business days.

Requirements

In order to report a telephone issue, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Phone/accessory type
  • Phone extension or number
  • Type of call (inbound/outbound/transfer)
  • Description of issue (could include missing dial tone, call quality issues, problems with headsets)
  • Any error messages received
  • Preferred alternative contact number
