Telephone Issue

Report issues with office telephones working incorrectly, such as no dial tone, audio issues, or broken cords.

What to Expect

An ITS staff member will contact you within one business day to schedule the work. Most issues are resolved in 1-3 business days.


In order to report a telephone issue, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Phone type (ex: Rolm 100, 120, 400—found on label on the bottom of the phone)
  • Phone extension
  • Explanation of issue
  • Preferred contact number
