Requirements
In order to report a telephone issue, you will need to provide the following information:
- Phone/accessory type
- Phone extension or number
- Type of call (inbound/outbound/transfer)
- Description of issue (could include missing dial tone, call quality issues, problems with headsets)
- Any error messages received
- Preferred alternative contact number
