Raiser's Edge is the application used by Alumni and Advancement for donor management and alumni constituent relationship management (CRM). This service is to request a new account or an access change in Raiser's Edge, or access to alumni-related data.
What to Expect
An Advancement staff member will update your ticket within 2-3 business days.
Requirements
In order to submit an access request, you will need the following:
- Drake ID number and legal name
- Department
- Job title
- Type of access needed
For list or report requests:
- Intended format
- Purpose
- Inclusion and exclusion data
