Drake University provides multiple products that allow for synchronous internet-based academic communications, including Zoom, Blackboard Collaborate, and Microsoft Teams. Use this service to notify ITS if you're unable to access these services or encounter other issues using them.
What to Expect
An ITS staff member will contact you within two business days with any follow up questions or to schedule a time to assist you.
Requirements
In order to request assistance you will need to provide the following information:
- Description of the issue
- Which video conferencing system are you attempting to use?
- What device are you using to access the system? (Mac, PC, phone)
