Drake offers both wired and wireless network connections to access the Internet and campus resources. Use this service to report any problems with wired, wireless, or remote access to the campus network.
NOTES:
- If you're experiencing login issues related to a password or MFA, use the Account/Security Issue service or call the ITS Support Center directly at 515-271-3001.
- If you're experiencing issues accessing a virtual app or desktop, submit a Virtual Apps/Desktop Issue instead.
What to Expect
An ITS staff member will respond to you within two business days.
Requirements
In order to report your wired or wireless network connection issue, you will need to provide the following information:
- Type of connection – wired or wireless
- The name of the network being accessed (wireless only)
- Where you’re experiencing issues, including building and room where applicable
- Description of the problem
- The day and time the issue first occurred
- Your device type
- The device’s MAC address
In order to report your issue with remote connections to the Drake network, you will need to provide the following information:
- Description of the problem
- The application or network resource being accessed
- The day and time the issue first occurred
- Where you’re experiencing issues
- Your device type
